Key Responsibilities: • Delegate and oversee nursing department activities • Develop individualized health plans for residents • Implement and assess quality improvement measures • Facilitate resident care conferences and problem resolution • Maintain complete health documentation

Requirements: • Valid RN or RPN registration in Ontario • Current CPR & First Aid certification • 3-5 years of leadership experience in senior housing • Knowledge of Retirement Homes Act • Proficient in Microsoft Office
