In this position, you'll work closely with the Store Manager, promoting the advantages of Saje’s natural products. By demonstrating products and guiding customers on their wellness journeys, you contribute to Saje's mission while meeting performance targets. Your interaction with customers will ensure they feel supported and empowered in their wellness choices.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build authentic relationships • Engage customers with product demonstrations using the GPOP approach • Share knowledge about 100% natural wellness products • Recommend tailored product solutions for customer health needs • Create an inclusive team atmosphere for all associates

Requirements: • Experience in a scented environment preferred • Excellent interpersonal and empathetic communication skills • Driven to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction • Availability for flexible schedules including holidays • Must possess a high school diploma
