JOURNEYPERSON GLAZIER - $34.00 - $42.00 Per Hour We are seeking an experienced, organized, and safety-minded Journeyperson Glazier with Certificate (or equivalent recognized trade qualification) to join our team. The ideal candidate excels in technical execution—from interpreting shop drawings to installing structural framing, curtain walls, storefronts, and commercial doors. As a key team member, you will balance field execution with leadership: coaching team members, protecting building envelope integrity, and maintaining top-tier safety and quality standards.

FABRICATOR - $28.00 - $36.00 Per Hour

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and safety-minded Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have Experience with CNC Machines, be able to work with CAD Software and Program CNC Machines. The Candidate will also have strong technical skills and be able to Read Blueprints. We offer performance incentives, and long-term ownership potential.





QUAILIFIED EXPERIENCED GLAZIERS - $28.00 - $36.00 Per Hour

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and safety-minded Glazier to join our team. The ideal candidate brings solid technical skills in installing architectural glass, structural aluminum framing, PVC windows, and specialized door hardware across commercial and residential projects.

The Individual will have a minimum 2 years of experience in the Glass Industry. Works well independently or alongside a crew, and brings strong problem-solving skills. If you take genuine pride in your work, we offer performance incentives, and long-term ownership potential.

Glazier Helper - $24.00 - $28.00

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and coachable Glazier Assistant to join our team. If you are eager to master a specialized trade, this is an excellent prospect to build a long-term career in commercial and residential glass and aluminum industry. You will work closely with lead glaziers on commercial and residential job sites, helping handle, and install architectural glass, aluminum systems, PVC windows, and door hardware.

We offer hands-on mentorship and training for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and safety-first attitude.
