Commercial Banking

Accountable for delivering business outcomes within the transformation domain by identifying opportunities, managing demand, and coordinating delivery resources. Provides initiative leadership, strategic support, analysis, and business partnership while owning delivery and collaborating with business teams. Builds and manages effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Portfolio Management

• Maintain the projects roadmap and ensure alignment to the project objectives to meet strategic pillar goals.
- Provide updates on assigned initiatives, help mitigate risk and drive decision
- Prioritize initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.

• Develop business cases and assess current and future states.
- Analyze trends and root causes to recommend solutions.

• Partner with peers and leaders to drive results, coordinate on resources.
- Manage scope, timelines, and risks to ensure successful implementation.

1. Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business leaders and facilitate working sessions.
- Resolve competing priorities and drive cross-functional alignment.
