Duties

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Support bank reconciliations and account analysis to maintain accurate financial records
- Help prepare financial statements and reports using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft
- Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of ledger entries and resolve discrepancies
- Aid in payroll processing and related activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Participate in auditing activities by gathering documentation and supporting audit requests




- Maintain organized bookkeeping records and update financial data regularly to ensure data integrity

Experience

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable
- Prior experience or coursework in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, or bank reconciliation is preferred
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
