Analyze and document business processes and information systems to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and enhanced business performance.

- Conduct system and business process audits, assess existing processes and controls, and identify areas for improvement based on business requirements and operational needs.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business and system information and prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations to communicate findings and support management decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance business dashboards and management reports by organizing and analyzing data to provide meaningful business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze organizational data and processes to improve the accessibility, organization, and usability of information for business and operational purposes.
- Support the implementation of new processes and process improvements by applying change management practices and coordinating changes to business processes and systems.




- Monitor and evaluate business online platforms and related processes to identify opportunities to improve functionality, user engagement, and customer service delivery.
- Communicate business and technical findings, requirements, analyses, and recommendations to clients and management through written reports, presentations, and other related deliverables.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management

What you will bring

- Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Business Analysis, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience appropriate for this position.

- 1-3 years work experience in relevant setting

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, data and facilitating skills

- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, analytical and problem solving skills

Pay: $22.50-$24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
