Join Our Team as a Junior Engineering Specialist – Co-op (Quality) at Johnson Electric!

Pay Range: $22-$24 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift Relocation: Not Available As our next Junior Engineering Specialist – Co-op (Quality), you’ll be at the forefront of supporting quality and engineering initiatives that drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. Your expertise in manufacturing engineering principles, data analysis, and problem-solving will be instrumental in improving processes, enhancing product quality, and supporting new and existing product development.

Prepare Statistical Process

Control (SPC) reports and analyze production data using statistical software such as JMP. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve process capability, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency. Provide technical support for tooling, equipment, processes, and product-related issues.

Participate in cross-functional team meetings to help resolve quality, operational, safety, and production concerns.



Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, quality, and EHS requirements. Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a Manufacturing Engineering or related Engineering program.

Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, results-oriented manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.
