The Role

We're looking for a Junior Service Technician to join our team full-time. This is an entry-level role for someone eager to build a career in AV. You'll work alongside senior technicians and project managers, learning the trade hands-on while assisting with installation, service, and troubleshooting of AV systems at client sites across the Vancouver area.

Duties & Responsibilities





- Work under the supervision of a Senior Technician or Project Manager
- Assist with installation and servicing of audio, video, network, and rigging equipment
- Help build equipment racks, mount displays, install wall brackets, ceiling mounts, speakers, and projectors
- Pull and terminate wire and cabling
- Safely lift a heavy load (50 lbs), climb a ladder, and work in tight spaces
- Always follow WorkSafeBC safety standards

What you bring

- 0-2 years of experience in AV, IT, or a related technical field (a solid interest and aptitude matter more than years)
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools, used safely
- Basic networking knowledge is an asset, not required
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites in the Vancouver area
- Reside in the Lower Mainland
