Junk Removal Crew Member — $22/Hour + Tips

You’ll work on a two-person truck crew helping customers clear unwanted items from homes and businesses across Victoria. From single-item pickups to full property clearances, you’ll help get the job done and sort items for donation, recycling, and disposal.

What you’ll get

What you’ll do
- Load and remove unwanted items safely as part of a two-person crew
- Sort items for donation, recycling, and proper disposal
- Communicate with customers, provide on-site estimates, and process payments
- Drive our mini dump trucks as you complete training and take on driving duties
- Keep job and vehicle maintenance records accurate

This is active,



physical work that involves repeated lifting and time outdoors. What you’ll bring
- A full, valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- The ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs
- A friendly, helpful approach to customers
- Reliability, good time management, and a willingness to pitch in
- A positive attitude toward teamwork and solving problems
- Comfort working outdoors

This is an entry-level position. As you gain experience, opportunities may include Truck Lead, Bin Driver, office, sales, and management roles.
