The incumbent will work closely with the Key Account Team to ensure customer calls are dispatched accurately, quote and invoice accuracy is maintained, and customers are welcomed upon entry of the office.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a position in customer service and/or preparing skilled service invoices
- A post‑secondary education would be considered an asset but not required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and/or have reliable transportation to and from work

Compensation Range:

$35,000.00 – $45,000.00+ annually.
