Duties

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and organizing supplies to support chefs and kitchen staff
- Operate dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and dining spaces in accordance with health and safety standards
- Support in organizing inventory, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste properly to keep the kitchen tidy and efficient
- Follow food handling procedures carefully to ensure safety and hygiene during food service operations




- Assist with setting up dining areas for service, including arranging utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a welcoming hospitality environment that prioritizes cleanliness and order

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, including the use of commercial dishwashers and sanitation practices
- Basic understanding of food handling safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Experience working in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
