Duties

- Efficiently wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and waste disposal zones throughout your shift.
- Support the setup and breakdown of dining areas during service times, including clearing tables and resetting stations.
- Follow food handling procedures diligently to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods.




- Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key!
- Strong understanding of cleaning practices and food hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures.
