Duties

- Assist with meal preparation by chopping ingredients, assembling dishes, and following recipes under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety standards
- Support food handling procedures, including proper storage and sanitation practices
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, hygiene, and equipment use
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service

Qualifications

- Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is an asset
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required




- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving supplies
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
