Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items
- Support the team with meal assembly and portioning to ensure timely service
- Help monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Ensure all food preparation areas meet health regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences for guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
