SUMU is looking for reliable and motivated Kitchen Staff / Cooks to join our team.

We are hiring for different experience levels, from Kitchen Helper and Prep Cook to experienced Cook positions.

Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service
- Other kitchen duties as assigned

Requirements
- Some kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Japanese restaurant experience is an asset, but not required

Experience level is flexible. If you enjoy working in a kitchen and have some relevant experience, we would be happy to hear from you.
