KnowBe4 Security Awareness Administrator

We are seeking an experienced KnowBe4 Security Awareness Administrator to lead and enhance our organization's security awareness and phishing simulation program. This role will be responsible for administering the KnowBe4 platform, managing phishing campaigns, developing insightful reporting, and driving employee engagement through data-driven security awareness initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with KnowBe4 administration, phishing simulation management, user segmentation, reporting, and analytics. Experience with Microsoft Power BI is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain the KnowBe4 platform, including users, groups, campaigns, training assignments, and platform configurations.
- Design, configure, schedule, and manage phishing simulation campaigns aligned with organizational security objectives.
- Create and execute targeted phishing campaigns using appropriate templates, landing pages, user populations, departments, and risk categories.
- Develop and maintain dynamic user groups based on role, department, location, risk score, training completion, and campaign performance.
- Ensure accurate synchronization of user and group data with identity management systems.
- Manage security awareness training programs and remedial learning assignments.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, including open rates, click rates, credential submissions, reported phishing incidents, and repeat offenders.
- Build customized dashboards,



executive reports, and performance metrics.
- Analyze user behavior and identify trends, high-risk populations, and opportunities for program improvement.
- Provide recommendations to strengthen phishing resilience and security awareness across the organization.
- Collaborate with Information Security, IT, HR, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation related to platform administration, campaigns, reporting processes, and procedures.
- Evaluate new KnowBe4 features and recommend enhancements to the security awareness program.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience administering the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Platform.
- Experience planning, configuring, and executing phishing simulation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of KnowBe4 campaign settings, templates, landing pages, training assignments, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience creating and managing agile user groups.
- Ability to analyze phishing simulation results and security awareness metrics.
- Experience developing reports for technical teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive security and employee information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting automation, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, or other identity management platforms.
- Experience working with KnowBe4 APIs, data exports, and reporting integrations.
- Understanding of security awareness metrics and human risk management programs.
- Experience supporting compliance, governance, and audit reporting.
- Relevant cybersecurity or information security certifications.
