Job Title : Lab Assistant - Sample Coordinator and Archivist Frontage is a global Contract Research Company (CRO) with the head office located in Exton, Pennsylvania, USA. Frontage has 25 sites across USA, Canada, China and Italy. The Canadian operations include two sites – one located in Vancouver and the other based in Toronto.

Vancouver (formerly BRI) has been in operation for more than 25 years with service offerings in regulated and non-regulated bioanalytical (various platforms including LC/MS/MS and MSD for small and large molecules analyses), In-vitro / In-vivo Drug Metabolism & Pharmacokinetics and pharmacology.

Vancouver operation is projected to grow significantly in the next few years, especially to meet the demands of biotech and pharmaceutical companies in the Pacific Northwest region. Our facility is accredited by AAALAC and conforms to GLP standards.



Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a science related discipline is preferred Experience in pharmaceutical contract research and GLP compliance knowledge is an asset Robust planning, organization and leadership abilities Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings, weekends, holidays, extended shifts and/or extra shifts, sometimes on short notice Archiving study and non-study related data in electronic and printed form ~ Retrieval of archived material ~ Manage chemical, biological materials, consumables, and supplies inventory to maintain stock. ~ Performs physical inventories and maintains the appropriate records. ~ Receive, log, sort, and label incoming samples, materials, and supplies and place items in appropriate storage conditions ~ Enter sample data accurate into a laboratory information management system (LIMS) ~ Prepare appropriate paperwork to release and ship material to appropriate clients or suppliers ~ Help with general facility maintenance as needed ~
