We are currently seeking a Labourer with construction experience to join our team.

Job Summary

As a Labourer at Letcar Mechanical, you will be responsible for assisting with general construction tasks, maintenance, and repairs. You’ll work alongside a team of skilled tradespeople, while also having the opportunity to take the lead on various tasks when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general construction labor such as site clean-up, material handling, and basic construction tasks.
- Assist in drywall work, painting, and flooring installation.
- Support skilled trades in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Maintain equipment and ensure tools are available and functional.
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including adverse weather conditions.
- Adhere to daily/weekly schedules and ensure punctuality.
- Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work workplace.

Required Skills:





- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract required.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- Strong verbal communication and ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- CSTS and CSO is preferred

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
