My name is Lacey im 25 years old and mom to lily, im currently trying to get back into the work field and will need someone very caring and valuable with children to watch my daughter while im at work, as shes not old enough for daycare. Lily struggles going down in her play pen to sleep thats my biggest issue as I have co-slept with her since shes been born she is 9 months old, so if you think you can handle putting her to sleep while im at work then we can test it out.
