Overview

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team for year-round property maintenance. This position transitions seasonally between summer landscaping/lawn care and winter snow removal.

Duties

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and fertilizing to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy

- Operate machinery to cut grass , power tools safely to assist with landscaping projects or site preparation

- Conduct snow removal operations using shovels, snow blowers, plows, and other equipment to ensure clear pathways and driveways, parking lot's during winter storms
- applying ice-melt or salt to commercial and residential properties during storm events (includes night/weekend shifts as needed).

- In a timely matter

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license

- Prior experience operating commercial landscaping equipment or plow trucks is a plus, but we will train the right candidate!
