- Handle family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division.
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and review case files.
- Represent clients at hearings, case conferences, and settlement discussions.
- Manage client files and support senior counsel as required.

Requirements

- Law degree from an accredited institution.
- Called to the Ontario Bar and in good standing with the LSO.
- 1-3 years of family law or civil litigation experience preferred.
- Solid communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
