- 12+ years in C# / .NET, comfortable in both .NET Framework and contemporary .NET (Core / 6-8/10).
- ASP.NET Core, WCF/CoreWCF, and REST API development.
- Data access with EF Core / Dapper / ADO.NET and solid SQL Server.
- Docker / containers, working knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Linux basics.
- Unit testing (xUnit/MSTest) and code-coverage tooling.
- Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on with GenAI tools
