Lead ServiceNow Developer

Alldus is working with a ServiceNow partner looking to add an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to their team on a contract basis.

This is a highly technical, hands-on position with a strong focus on front-end development, UI, and custom coding. The successful candidate will take a lead role in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions while working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions
- Develop and customize front-end/UI components across the platform
- Build modern user experiences using Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Develop and enhance solutions within Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Work on complex custom development and platform configuration
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex development issues
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development follows ServiceNow best practices




- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers
- Collaborate with Architects, Consultants and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Key Experience & Requirements:

- Solid hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Previous experience operating at Lead or Senior Developer level
- Strong front-end development and UI background
- Hands-on experience with Angular and React
- Advanced JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills
- Strong experience with ServiceNow CSM
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, custom applications, integrations and APIs
- Understanding of ServiceNow development standards and platform best practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Comfortable working in a heavily coding-focused environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required
- Additional ServiceNow certifications would be advantageous
