? We're hiring: Structures Design Lead (Advanced Engineering)

Join our team supporting a leading aerospace OEM's product portfolio. You'll lead a team of Integration Specialists, manage engineering SOW and budget, and drive design decisions across a major aircraft program.

What you'll do:

- Lead Integration Specialists on structural design
- Align priorities with internal platform teams, external suppliers, and platform leaders
- Own the Engineering Statement of Work and departmental budget
- Coach and develop your team's technical and soft skills
- Drive Lessons Learned and Best Practices across projects

What you bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace preferred)
- 20+ years in multidisciplinary aerospace engineering
- 3+ years supervisory/people management experience
- Knowledge of aerospace design tools and MRB processes
- Fluent English and French
