- Prepare, file, and serve documents for court and arbitration
- Manage and coordinate lawyer schedules and client meetings
- Draft and revise legal correspondence and communications
- Maintain organized files and conduct daily filing duties
- Handle incoming correspondence, including phone and email Requirements:
- Completion of a recognized legal assistant program preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of Legal Assistant experience
- Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office
