Step into a key role as the Legal Counsel for North America at Pigment, where innovation meets legal expertise. This position focuses on managing complex contracts and aligning legal strategies with business goals.

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will ensure that Pigment's commercial initiatives are legally sound, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer agreements while providing essential legal guidance on a variety of commercial operations, especially in data protection.

Key Responsibilities:



• Draft and negotiate comprehensive customer agreements • Support teams on data protection and compliance matters • Enhance contract management and documentation processes • Conduct internal training sessions on legal subjects • Assist with litigation issues in collaboration with external lawyers

Requirements: • J.D. or LL.B., and Bar Association membership • 5 years of experience in tech law or in-house roles • Familiarity with data privacy laws in the U.S. and EU • Proven experience in negotiating Enterprise contracts • Solid organizational and analytical skills
