This includes optimizing staff resources, leading training initiatives, and ensuring the availability of library materials for all users. Manage workflows to facilitate research access seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute efficient management of library services
- Oversee staffing needs and staff training programs
- Lead budget management and financial oversight
- Address patron service issues and complaints
- Manage physical library environments and maintain safety Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 5 to 8 years of operational experience
- 1 to 3 years of management experience
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Must be fluent in both French and English Utilize your operational capabilities to contribute to the success of library services at Laurentian University.
