The 310T Licensed Mechanic/Technician ( T4 ) works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and mentors other Ryder technicians on a regular basis. The 310T Licensed Mechanic/Technician ( T4 ) provides the highest level of experience and expertise in vehicle diagnostics and repair. The position also plays a key role in the leadership, development and training of other grade technicians.

Vocational or Technical Certification preferred Post Secondary degree or Technical Certifications Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines including: Routine preventative maintenance, which should include oil changes, brake and tire work, Diagnostics and repairs, including AC, electrical systems, Advanced skilled level repairs to include some major engine repairs, diesel after treatment or automotive fuel injection repairs required Four (4) years or more relevant work experience preferred Knowledge of and the ability to apply knowledge of computer skills: PC, Windows, mouse, etc.
