Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or products.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients to ensure a positive experience, addressing questions and providing expert advice.
- Upsell retail products that complement client services to enhance their look and meet their needs.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients,



and processing payments efficiently.
- Foster a friendly and professional atmosphere to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon setting.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques, coloring, and treatments.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for hygiene.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively discuss styles, products, and services with clients.
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully to enhance client satisfaction.
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$36.89 per hour
