The Opportunity

As a Plumber, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional residential plumbing services while building trusted relationships with homeowners. You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install a wide range of plumbing systems and equipment, ensuring customers receive professional, reliable, and high-quality service every time.

Key Responsibilities

Plumbing Service & Installation

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and equipment
- Install and service piping systems, fixtures, appliances, and water distribution systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and identify opportunities to improve system performance
- Complete installations and repairs in accordance with all applicable codes, regulations, and manufacturer specifications
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality

Customer Service Excellence

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding system issues, repair recommendations, and maintenance requirements
- Provide accurate diagnoses and practical solutions to plumbing challenges
- Educate customers on proper system operation, care, and preventative maintenance
- Build trust through professionalism, transparency, and quality workmanship

Teamwork & Continuous Improvement

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, leadership, and support teams
- Manage work assignments and priorities to meet customer commitments and business objectives
- Maintain accurate service documentation and records

Qualifications Licensed Plumber (Journeyperson or Apprentice) – Gas Fitter B

Required Experience & Credentials
- Journeyperson Plumber certification or Apprentice
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with a solid driving record
- Physical capability to perform the duties associated with residential plumbing service and installation
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications
- Gasfitter certification considered a strong asset
- Experience working directly with residential customers
- Experience diagnosing and resolving a broad range of plumbing issues
