Your primary duties will include maintaining POCT equipment, conducting training sessions for staff, and managing compliance issues. Working closely with healthcare teams, you'll be pivotal in promoting effective patient testing practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee quality assurance for POCT equipment
- Conduct calibration and verification for recent methods
- Facilitate training courses for POCT staff
- Maintain electronic records of equipment and inventory
- Address and resolve compliance issues efficiently Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Point of Care testing
- Medical Laboratory Technologist certification mandatory
- Knowledge of AegisPOC software beneficial
- Proven experience developing training programs
