Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently executing food preparation tasks and other kitchen duties where needed
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper sanitation practices and temperature controls
- Collaborate with serving staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction





Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with restaurant or kitchen environments enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Solid understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and serving guests

Physical Requirements

- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry kitchen supplies safely.
- Comfortable using stairs regularly throughout the day to access inventory and supplies.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Availability

- Must be available to work weekends.
- Must maintain a flexible schedule to support holidays and special events.
- Shifts are early mornings to early afternoons.
- Flexibility to assist during busy periods and seasonal events is essential.
