Key Responsibilities:



• Carry an independent litigation case load effectively • Defend auto claims and handle bodily injury matters • Conduct thorough assessments on liability and damages • Attend case conferences and tribunal hearings • Draft motions and legal opinions meticulously

Requirements: • Juris Doctor or equivalent legal qualification • At least seven years in relevant legal practice • Strong filing experience in insurance defence • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario • Comprehensive understanding of accident benefits and subrogation
