As an expert in investigation methodologies, you will not only lead investigations but also engage with stakeholders to ensure that lessons learned are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Define scope and resources for incident investigations
- Mentor and coach contractor teams during investigations
- Develop and deliver HSSE action alerts and learning materials
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions across projects
- Analyze incident trends to enhance safety performance Requirements:
- 8 years of related experience in HSSE
- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Investigative training such as TapRooT
- HSSE certifications (CRSP, NEBOSH preferred)
