This role provides a unique chance to shape HSSE practices in Phase 2 of our operations. As an expert in investigation methodologies, you will not only lead investigations but also engage with stakeholders to ensure that lessons learned are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: • Define scope and resources for incident investigations • Mentor and coach contractor teams during investigations • Develop and deliver HSSE action alerts and learning materials • Facilitate lessons learned sessions across projects • Analyze incident trends to enhance safety performance
Requirements: • 8 years of related experience in HSSE • Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience • Investigative training such as TapRooT • HSSE certifications (CRSP, NEBOSH preferred) • Eligibility to work in Canada
