Summary
The Logistics Coordinator designs and delivers impactful events that bring sustainability to life through education, collaboration, and community engagement. n
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and execute workshops, panels, and social events focused on environmental, social, and economic sustainability
- Collaborate with other clubs and services to create cross-functional initiatives
- Lead the Events sub-team by delegating tasks and managing logistics
- Ensure all events align with CUS policies and the club’s mission
Your Qualities
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Confident communicator and decision-maker
- Creative and open to current ideas
- Previous event planning experience is an asset
- Ideal candidate has case competition experience
Additional Information
Time Commitment
4-6 hours per week May increase close to major event periods
Term of Employment
June 2026 - April 2027
