Luxury Watch Trader — 100% Commission

Toronto Watch Club is hiring a motivated Luxury Watch Trader to join our growing team in Toronto.

We specialize in buying, selling, sourcing, and trading luxury watches, with a primary focus on Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and Richard Mille.

This is a 100% commission-based role designed for someone who is entrepreneurial, competitive, and motivated by performance. Your earning potential is directly tied to the business you generate.

The Role

As a Luxury Watch Trader, you will be responsible for both the buying and selling side of the business.

You will actively source watches, negotiate purchases, build relationships with dealers and clients, find buyers for inventory, and identify profitable trading opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Source luxury watches from dealers, collectors, and private clients
- Sell company inventory to dealers and retail clients
- Build and maintain relationships within the watch industry
- Negotiate purchase and sale prices
- Monitor market prices and comparable listings
- Identify profitable buying and trading opportunities
- Respond to inbound buying and selling opportunities
- Conduct outbound outreach to potential buyers and sellers
- Maintain an active pipeline of deals and follow-ups
- Develop your own network of dealers and clients
- Work closely with the Toronto Watch Club team to move inventory efficiently

Luxury watch experience is an asset, but robust sales ability, work ethic, and willingness to learn are equally important.

Compensation

100% commission-based.

There is no fixed salary. Compensation is directly tied to the deals and profit you generate, providing significant upside for strong performers.

Specific commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
