Your duties will include daily cleaning routines, minor repairs, and interactions with residents and staff. - Clean and maintain assigned areas effectively
- Perform daily water temperature and meter readings
- Replenish paper products in common areas
- Carry out preventative maintenance duties
- Complete written reports daily Requirements:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in maintenance
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Basic computer skills
- Experience working in long-term care preferred
