Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at its facility in Surrey, British Columbia. This is a fully on-site position for a hands-on leader who can keep equipment running safely, reduce downtime and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.

- Plan preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and operational issues.
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Schedule repairs and prioritize maintenance requests.
- Coordinate outside contractors, parts and maintenance supplies.
- Maintain accurate service records and maintenance documentation.




- Ensure all work follows health and safety requirements.
- Work closely with operations to minimize production disruptions.

Requirements - Five or more years of maintenance experience.

- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
- Must be able to work fully on-site in Surrey, BC.
