Your role will involve creating detailed work plans and improving maintenance strategies within a heavy-duty industrial setting. We seek an individual with outstanding communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage job plans and maintenance strategies
- Oversee work backlogs ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist with monthly and annual cost forecasting
- Collaborate with teams to enhance work packages
- Track and report Key Performance Indicators for improvement

Requirements:

- Trade certification or technical diploma in a related field
- 5-7 years in facility maintenance planning or supervision
- Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office Tools
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- CMRP or MMP certification is a plus
