Maintenance Supervisor to support equipment reliability, skilled trades, production uptime, and continuous improvement at their manufacturing facility in
Tilbury, Ontario .

Responsibilities
Review equipment performance and downtime issues and coordinate repairs
Support skilled trades and Production to maintain equipment uptime
Generate and coordinate maintenance work orders, scheduling, parts sourcing, and follow-up
Assist with equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Coordinate schedules, vacation requests, shift changes, and other administrative needs for skilled trades
Coordinate safety work orders, corrective actions, and hazard remediation
Manage vendors for facility services and repairs
Support shutdown planning, fire system inspections, building repairs, and capital projects
Participate in Production and Maintenance meetings, 5S, Lean, Red Tag Events, and JHSC activities
Assist with maintenance inventory and stockroom management
Serve as backup administrator for the equipment PM/CMMS system
Provide basic facility/IT support as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Technical post-secondary diploma or degree
2+ years of manufacturing experience
Experience coordinating work with skilled trades
CMMS experience
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Robust commitment to safety and continuous improvement
