The Manager - Line Maintenance is responsible for the safe, compliant, effective, and cost-effective management of all line maintenance activities across the company's national network. This includes oversight of company-employed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs – assigned and unassigned) and third-party line maintenance providers operating on the company's behalf.

The Manager ensures that all line maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with Transport Canada regulations, company policies, maintenance programs, and industry best practices while maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability and customer service. The position provides operational leadership across multiple bases, ensuring standardized maintenance practices, effective resource utilization, and consistent service delivery throughout the network. Lead all day-to-day line maintenance operations across the national network.
