Lead the Women’s Recovery Program at Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada in Brandon, Manitoba. This full time role is pivotal in providing operational and spiritual direction.
The Campus
Manager plays a crucial role in guiding the recovery process for clients by ensuring a safe and structured environment. You will oversee all aspects of the In Residence Programs, from staff training to compliance with provincial and federal regulations. By fostering a healthy team culture, you will promote accountability and servant leadership, crucial for successful recovery support. Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage and develop campus staff
- Monitor client progress and program outcomes
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Oversee campus operations and fundraising efforts
- Represent the organization in community relations Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in addiction recovery and ministry helpful
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Alignment with faith-based organizational values
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance needed Step into a leadership role that makes a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals on their recovery journey.
