Manager, Performance Enablement – Process & Project Management

Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid, 4 days onsite

Duration: 12 months

Rate: $55–$63/hr INC The Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Enablement Manager with a combination of business process analysis, strategy and project management experience.

This role will support a data-driven Commercial Banking program designed to improve how advisors use insights and leads to engage with clients. You will work across Product, Banking, Marketing and Analytics teams to gather requirements, identify process improvements and drive strategic initiatives through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the design and delivery of strategic, data-driven business initiatives.
- Gather and translate business requirements and stakeholder feedback.
- Analyze existing processes, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Develop problem statements, assess opportunities and support benefit estimation.
- Manage project activities, timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and support resource planning.
- Provide program updates and presentations to senior leadership.
- Support implementation and adoption of new processes and capabilities.
- Use data and financial analysis to support recommendations and decision-making.




- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives as business priorities evolve.

Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of experience spanning business process management, strategy and large-scale project delivery.
- Strong business/process analysis skills, including requirements gathering, gap analysis and process improvement.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to drive initiatives through execution.
- Experience using data and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.

Nice to Have
- Commercial Banking experience.
- Knowledge of Commercial Banking products and processes.
- Business analytics and insights experience.
- SQL, Python or similar technical knowledge.
- Exposure to analytical methodologies or Machine Learning models.
