Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote Thrive Institute’s programs and services. Day-to-day tasks include crafting clear and engaging written content for digital channels, coordinating social media posts and email campaigns, and assisting with the organization and promotion of virtual events and workshops. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, tracking campaign performance,



and maintaining marketing calendars and project timelines.

The Marketing

Coordinator also supports outreach and relationship-building efforts to increase engagement and participation among target audiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and inclusive messaging.
- Candidates should possess Sales and outreach skills to support lead generation, participant enrollment, and relationship-building.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and Project Management skills to coordinate virtual events and manage marketing activities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media management tools, analytics) is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
- Interest or experience in wellness, mental health, or personal development is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
