KeyPak is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing function and help drive the next stage of our growth. This role reports directly to the CEO, offering a unique opportunity to influence strategy, lead key initiatives, and make a visible impact across the organization.

What You'll Do

- Lead and develop a small marketing team
- Drive lead generation, digital marketing, email, social media, and campaign strategy
- Partner with Sales and leadership to align marketing with business growth goals
- Analyze performance data and optimize marketing ROI
- Manage budgets, projects, and marketing initiatives from concept to execution

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Experience leading and developing a marketing team
- Robust background in digital marketing, lead generation, and analytics
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on,



results-driven approach
