You Will

- Develop and execute integrated communications plans to support brand campaigns, store openings, community initiatives, and business priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, community partners, associations, and local stakeholders.
- Support media relations, including drafting press materials, coordinating interview requests, managing media inquiries, and supporting media events.
- Plan and execute community sponsorships, partnerships, and local marketing opportunities that strengthen brand awareness and community connection.
- Support event marketing from planning to execution, including grand openings, community events, influencer activations, and partner events.
- Coordinate paid media campaigns by setting up campaigns based on approved media plans, monitoring budget pacing, and optimizing tactics toward campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor media, social, and community conversations to identify opportunities, track campaign performance, and provide recommendations.
Create and adapt communications materials in English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, including press releases, media pitches, newsletters, speeches, statements, presentations, and event briefs.

- You Should Have / Be

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, media relations, marketing, or a related field. Retail, agency, or social/digital experience is an asset.
- Strong writing skills with experience drafting press releases, media pitches, briefing notes, social copy, presentations, and other communications materials.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.



Proficiency in Simplified and Traditional Chinese is a strong asset.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at the same time.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders, including media, influencers, vendors, and community partners.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and build strong working relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and outside regular office hours as needed for events, media opportunities, and urgent PR matters.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Shift 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm (Actual working hours may vary slightly by department, depending on operational needs.)
