Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massotherapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a deep understanding of various massage techniques and the ability to tailor treatments to meet individual client needs.

Duties

- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their preferences to create personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
- Keep accurate records of client sessions, including treatment notes and progress updates.
- Uphold professional standards of conduct, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort at all times.




- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.

Qualifications

- Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy is required.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage modalities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness center setting is preferred but not mandatory.
