As MEC opens its latest store in Whistler, we are looking for an experienced leader to manage member engagement and operational excellence. Your role will be pivotal in crafting memorable shopping experiences and fostering a team-oriented team atmosphere. You will also handle frontline service, community outreach, and support staff development.

Key Responsibilities: • Set the service tone and execute daily operations • Lead and develop frontline retail teams • Engage with the community through events and partnerships • Interpret sales metrics for informed decision-making • Ensure compliance with operational standards
