Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the technician will support administrative, operational, and maintenance activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform administrative follow-ups related to operations
• Prepare various operational reports and documents
• Participate in purchasing parts, supplies, and equipment required for operations
• Follow up with suppliers
• Maintain certain inventories, records, and tracking files up to date
• Assist in planning and monitoring preventive maintenance activities
• Provide support during equipment repairs and troubleshooting
• Perform basic inspections and checks on equipment
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment
• Participate in health and safety activities when required
• Perform any other related duties as needed;
QUALIFICATIONS Technical training in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field (an asset);
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial workplace
• Good knowledge of computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite
